From hearty breakfast offerings like crispy, golden hashbrowns and fluffy biscuits to indulgent seafood plates featuring fried or grilled fish and succulent shrimp, every bite bursts with vibrant, soul-satisfying flavor. Zesty Creole’s breakfast is a standout, with offerings like buttery croissants, perfectly cooked eggs, and savory sides like bacon and turkey sausage that complement the Southern-inflected morning fare. The freshly brewed cranberry mimosa has garnered raving fans, pairing refreshingly with their seafood omelets for a brunch experience that’s both comforting and celebratory.

Guests consistently praise the vibrant, bustling atmosphere that brings a genuine New Orleans vibe right to the table. A MUST! This place was so good. Everything was delicious. We ordered gumbo, fried shrimp, & beignets. The service was good and the food was even better. Will definitely return every time I'm here. Edit.....we went back the very next day. Ordered fried fish with fries & the soft shell crab. Both were very good!

I was craving creole food and found this place within a couple blocks of my hotel so checked it out. Food was delicious but a bit too salty. The grilled shrimp, gator bites, and fries were excellent; the batter on the fried oyster was perfect but the oysters had a lot of beard to them. Service was excellent and very fast. I literally got my order within minutes! Would recommend.

Zesty Creole had different kinds of local dishes from Creole and Cajun cuisines. We tried the Fried Gator, Étouffée, and Shrimp Poboy. The service was nice and the food came out quick with nice portions. The only downside was that there are no allowed substitutions on the menu (e.g., removing pork if you are muslim), which can unfortunately alter the experience of those who want to enjoy these different cuisines. Still, a nice place you can stop by for dinner.

We came here due to a recommendation from Tik Tok and this place did not disappoint! We ordered the sampler appetizer that included: crawfish hush puppies, alligator bites, fried green tomatoes & fried andouille sausage and it came with 3 different sauces and it was so delicious! We came back in the morning for breakfast and ordered a cranberry mimosa and it was amazing as well as their seafood omelette! Will definitely be coming back here!

The service was good, food was decent, aside from the biscuits - those were excellent. The food came out very fast which was appreciated. The jambalaya and gumbo tasted very similar to one another. Red beans and rice were okay overall. There was nothing wrong with the food and service was good. There are better places to eat in New Orleans.

Great food, friendly staff! The bread pudding is amazingly delicious!!! Our bartender remembered us from our previous visit 2 nights prior. Small place but the staff is fast and attentive, and I think the size gives it a homey feel. We ate here 3 times on a 6 day trip to NOLA!

Service here is very efficient. There was a line but we got seated quicker than we thought. Food was served pretty quick too. Really glad they have the NOLA sampler and we got to taste a bunch of different dishes. I liked the red beans dish the best, jambalaya next, and gumbo the least. Gumbo tasted like salty gravy. We also tried the gator bites which I didn’t find too appealing but if there’s a place to try it I think this is a good place for that. The fried green tomatoes are decent but not amazing. The onion rings are nothing exceptional but they are well made and satisfies the cravings if you are looking for onion rings.

Great staff, it's rare to see an entire workforce call help each other out. Everyone was happy and excited to help everyone. It was very nice to see. Food tasted good, the fries were amazing and crispy. Very large portions!
